So today's blog will be about... how I relieve my stress as mentioned on the title. sorry for bad english, im tryin to improve my english skill. dont ever mind about my english. just enjoy my stupidity.
I suffered from anxiety dissoder when I was 21. My diet was really really bad. I felt pressure because of my work, I got a lot of work and task that I cant even refuse itðŸ˜. My sleep habit was terrible, I dont sleep almost 4 days at that time, my brain cell doesnt work well, I even pour orange juice on my rice instead of curry🤣. Until I really close to kill myselfðŸ˜, then I realized that my anxiety was getting worse.
So I met Dr. Aishah, she's really kind and patience to me and also beautiful. Here the list of Dr Aishah advices to reduce the stress and anxiety.
1. Say No More
If you think you're a robot, just accept all the work given. I was student back then, I have a lot of task for my subject but I also got task from my club which is media task, I really dont understand myself. I always say yes when I got any task from that shit club, I know I hate it, I even know that I dont have much time to do it but I still took that job🤣 funny right? So the right way is you have to know your weaknesses, everyone has a limit. It's okay to say No. Dont be too kind to others, be kind to yourself first.
2. Women should eat
Make sure your meal time was consistent, dont skip any meal time especially breakfast. Stop eating at 6pm. Dont take caffeine too much, caffeine make your anxiety getting worse. Dont forget your plain water, your brain need oxygen to working.
3. Watch something that could make you happy
your eyes need something good. find a thing that could give you feel free. For me, i choose to watch kdrama with light story plots. it's really help, you know that kdrama very influential didnt you?😂 So the positive kdrama character was influenced me really well. it's work! trust me.
